Padma Bhushan Mr S.K. Misra, renowned I.A.S Officer who was awarded the Padma Bhushan  in 2009. He has been Secretary Tourism (including M.D of ITDC) Civil Aviation and Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of India., He was the Director of the Festivals of India in USSR, France, Sweden and U.S.A . He retired as the Chairman of INTACH after serving for a decade, in 2011.

Chef-Entrepreneur Abhijit Saha is the Founding Director of Avant Garde Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. His award winning restaurants include Caperberry, Fava & Café Cassia in Bangalore; Saha in Singapore. Chef Saha has participated as Guest Chef & Speaker at TedX, ‘World of Flavours’ Conferences in Culinary Institute of America, Gourmet Abu Dhabi, World Gourmet Summit Singapore, Times Literature Festival Mumbai, Food For Thought Fest New Delhi & IFCA National Congress across the country.As guest judge of MasterChef India 2016 and with twenty six years of national and international experience, he has been awarded ‘Chef of the year’ by Times Food Awards, 2016 and ‘Best Chef of India’ at the Indian Restaurant Congress, 2013. Regarded fondly as the “Forever Young Chef” he enjoyes F! Racing, Wines, Travel, Architecture, Design and Photography.
Dr. Rubina H. Farouq,Dr.Rubina Husain, is the director at Institute of Hotel Management & Hospitality, Dhaka, Bangladesh since the past 11 years.  She is the Vice President of the Bangladesh Association of Women Entrepreneurs which promotes growth of women-owned enterprises through capacity building training, research & sharing information. 


Ms Ramika Ahmad, was born in a Pashtun family and belongs to the Afghan Royal Family. She went to school in Kabul and did her graduation and post graduation in the U.S. She has worked with UN World Food Program for 11 years. She is now working as advisor to President of Afghanistan, in the palace ARG for renovation, restoration and decorations of the palaces. Passionate about food, she received cooking lessons from special chefs who cook authentic Afghan food which is not commonly found in restaurants today.

Chef Michael Swamy

Popularly known as the “Historian Chef” or the “Chef Who Wears Many Hats”. An alumnus of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Michael Swamy was never satisfied with just cooking food and decided to step out of the kitchen and explore the culinary world in all it’s kaleidoscopic aspects. He has been one of the pioneers in making food media an organized industry in India through his work which encompasses cooking, authoring cookbooks, food styling & photography, creating food-based content for television and the digital space, restaurant consultancy, documenting lesser-known aspects of regional Indian cuisine. Most recently he has taken on the role of Chef Patron at his restaurant NUEVA, in New Delhi where he serves his take on South American cuisine.



Chef Atul Kocchar Indian born, Britain based, Michelin starred chef, restaurateur and television personality is one of the most critically acclaimed chefs in Britain for his take on modern Indian cuisine. Atul’s recipes have appeared widely in magazines and newspapers, and he demonstrates regularly on food shows in the UK and abroad. Atul has also written a number of successful cookbooks.
