Chef Anahita Dhondy

A chef who comes from a family of mad Parsis from Delhi, rare but as typical as a Bombay Parsi. Since childhood, her world has revolved around food, her mum is her inspiration as she has been cooking and catering international cuisine, Parsi food and baking cakes for the past 25 years. She started icing cakes since She was 10, and brought the best Tiffin to school, that’s when she knew that she was destined to be a chef. Technically an expert at French pastries and cuisine, but from the heart she cooks Parsi food, and she uses her great grandma’s recipes and masalas to create beautiful dishes.
