He is a celebrated chef and has worked at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai, the Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi and The Park, New Delhi. He has been conferred with many awards and has been rated as one of the top chefs in India. He also has an interest in wild life, styling food, photography, clay, margarine or salt dough sculptures, carpentry and sports.
