Celebration of the region’s food traditions and traditional foods that unify the gastronomic heritage of the South Asian nations. The First edition was held at The India Habitat Centre , New Delhi on 17th and 18th October 2015. The Second edition was held on 23rd & 24th December 2016 at TAJ PALACE Hotel. The Third edition on 23rd & 24th December at DLF PLACE Mall. The Fourth edition held at Embassy of Indonesia, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi. The Fifth edition on 14th – 15th December, 2019 at GMR Square, New Delhi
- The event is broadly divided into 3 parts:
- THOUGHT FEST : Presentations of papers and talks, interviews and panel discussions by scholars , journalists and professionals on various interesting topics around gastronomy.
- FOOD FEST :The South Asia Culinary Showcase Includes cookery workshops and demonstrations presenting culinary traditions .
- FUN FEST : Brings art, cultural entertainment and shopping under one roof with installations, gastronomy bazaar and various entertainers.
