Celebration of the region’s food traditions and traditional foods that unify the gastronomic heritage of the South Asian nations. The First edition was held at The India Habitat Centre , New Delhi on 17th and 18th October 2015. The Second edition was held on 23rd & 24th December 2016 at TAJ PALACE Hotel. The Third edition on 23rd & 24th December at DLF PLACE Mall. The Fourth edition held at Embassy of Indonesia, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi. The Fifth edition on 14th – 15th December, 2019 at GMR Square, New Delhi. The Sixth edition on 17th & 18th December, 2022 at GMR Square, Aerocity, New Delhi
The event has six elements:-
- THOUGHT FEST: A with Panel Discussions and Interviews with Celebrities from various fields.
- SOUTH ASIA CULINARY SHOWCASE: Cookery Demos by Celebrity & Master Chefs
- SOUTH ASIA FOOD COURT: A Taste of Luxury with Leading Hotels
- FEST BAZAAR : A Curated Bazaar with Stalls of Artisanal Products
- TIPPLE FEST: Mixology Sessions, Wine Appreciation Classes and Showcase by Alcobev Companies
- FUN FEST: Live Band & Live DJ performances
