Snehalata Saikia hails from the North-Eastern state of Assam and is an avid food enthusiast and blogger. She also conduct events to show case cuisines of Northeast India. Her brush with cooking began when she was a teenager. It is her belief that throughout history, food brings cultures, family and even warring kings together and it has been her endeavour to constantly explore, assimilate and celebrate food diversity.
