Suresh Hinduja

The founder of the hugely popular social media network on food and drink — — needs no introduction. A well-known figure, he has deep and instinctive knowledge of food and beverage and loves researching ingredients, especially the long forgotten ones. Mr. Hinduja has travelled widely and dined in the finest restaurants across the world and in India, and has used his experience to give a futuristic twist to traditional Indian cuisine which he calls NayaZaika, the equivalent of nouvelle cuisine. He is also the author of The Times Food Guide Bangalore and writes a weekly restaurant review column in Bangalore Times.
