The 7th Food For Thought Fest debuted in Ahmedabad, bringing South Asian gastronomy to Gujarat for the first time.
Inaugurated by Shri Jagdish Vishwakarma, Minister of State, the event celebrated royal culinary heritage, wellness, and the rich gastronomic traditions of South Asia over three immersive days.
The edition featured grand cookery masterclasses by chefs from UK, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, panel discussions on women power and film fraternity diets, a Royal Pavilion showcase, and plenary sessions with ambassadors from Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
