Chef Gautam Mehrishi has become a household name with his previous endeavours on television, and now he’s back, with a new television series, Bake do teen ,100% Veg , where he introduces viewers to inspirational, exciting Indian food. Chef Gautam Mehrishi is a proponent of Indian Food.

Trailblazing author of India’s first city-restaurant guide, and the world’s first vegetarian guide to Paris) Having studied journalism, English literature, law, management and gastronomy in Paris, Rashmi worked for the Indian Revenue Service (1977 batch ) and 13 years later resigned as Commissioner of tax. She continued to write articles right through her Tax days.

Chef Suvir Saran is a renowned culinary artist known for his innovative approach to Indian cuisine. He has worked in prestigious kitchens around the world, including ”Devi” in New York City, where he earned a Michelin star for his exceptional culinary talents.

Chef Saran is not only a skilled chef but also a prolific author, with several acclaimed cookbooks to his name such as "Indian Home Cooking" and "American Masala"

Puja Talwar is currently the entertainment editor with NDTV. she has been a journalist for over 21 years and has extensively interviewed celebrities from Bollywood and Hollywood. she is a travel and fitness freak and a passionate foodie who loves her coffee! she is also an author and has written a book “the bebbe diaries”.

Mrs. Rohini Rana better known as Dolly Rana, was born in Agra to Raja Saheb Digvijay Pal Singh and Rani Saheba Anant Kumari of the erstwhile princely State of Awagarh in UP. Her love of cooking has culminated in a cookbook on Rana cuisine which is being published by Penguin Random House next year.

Nawab Kazim Ali Khan bahadur Rampur is an Indian politician and a member of the 16th legislative assembly of Uttar Pradesh of India. he serves as a member on the Raza library board in Rampur and he has been the past chairman of the Uttar Pradesh tourism development corporation.

Shagun Chowdhary made history as the first Indian woman to secure a spot in the Olympics for clay pigeon shooting. A distinguished Olympian, medalist at the Asian Games, and a repeated national champion, she currently holds the prestigious title of National Games Champion. Introduced to the sport at the age of 3 by her father, Mr. Sushil Chowdhary, Shagun frequented the Thunderbolt Ranges in Bikaner, attentively observing her father and His Highness Dr. Karni Singh Ji of Bikaner engaging in the sport.

Kaveri Vij is the Co-Founder and chief dreamer of Designer Events Inc, a luxury boutique wedding planning and design company. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in personalized and intimate weddings. Kaveri is also recognized

as an academic writer and a wedding coach, and she has won numerous awards for her work. She aims to create memorable celebrations that defy the typical Indian wedding and caters to the NRI market in India and Dubai. Her work has been featured in several publications, including HT City, BBC Live Service, and Vogue. She has also received accolades from the WOW Awards, Wedding Sutra, and ET Now.

Damini, raised by hotelier parents, was inspired by the hospitality industry from a young age. She started with a catering business before branching into event planning and founding Q Events & Weddings. Known for her creative flair and ability to understand client's desires, Damini has gained a stellar reputation in the wedding industry. She leads a team of passionate individuals, specializing in designing personalized celebrations that reflect couples' love stories. Damini has also trained under Preston Bailey, known for his extravagant floral designs. Outside of work, she is a devoted dog mom and her personal and professional lives are intertwined, encouraging her dedication to creating unforgettable events.
