Food For Thought Fest 2025 celebrated a landmark 10th anniversary at the Sabarmati Riverfront Event Centre, Ahmedabad — co-hosted by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and SAAG. Inaugurated by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel alongside the Ahmedabad International Book Festival, this four-day extravaganza united master chefs, royals, nutritionists, and cultural luminaries.

The 10th edition introduced three signature Pavilions — Luxury, Spiritual, and Coffee — drawing international culinary experts from Spain, Nepal, and the Netherlands to celebrate UNESCO World Heritage cuisines alongside India's celebrated chefs including Ranveer Brar, Suvir Saran, Vicky Ratnani, and Osama Jalali.
